Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

Please note that some postal markets experience weather and COV19 shipping delays that are beyond our control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping charges for your order are based on the weight of your items and the carrier you choose and will be calculated at checkout.  We provide free shipping for orders over $130. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.  

Before submitting your order, please double check that your shipping information is complete and correct. Include full street listings such as Lane, Road, Avenue or Parkway as well as apartment or suite numbers. We do not accept responsibility for lost, delayed or undeliverable packages due to data entry error on your part.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at april@petitebowtique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS only.  UPS  will only deliver shipments to a valid street address.  

Rush/Expedited Orders

Please contact us at april@petitebowtique for inquiries regarding rush orders before order submission to verify that we are able to accommodate your request in the time frame you desire. A $20 rush fee may apply in addition to any expedited shipping fees calculated by the shipping carrier at time of check-out.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at april@petitebowtique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
